Thriving business (even with a chronic illness!)

6795 Ft

I have been supporting women with fertility difficulties and endometriosis for 15 years as a professional psychologist, counsellor and writer. I know exactly what a chronic illness can teach you and how to put these skills to use in a love business.

The icing on the cake is that you can create the workplace of your dreams, where you no longer have an annoying boss - well, at most you - but you can finally be your own boss. If you've been reticent about how you could possibly thrive as an entrepreneur, it's time to put your limiting beliefs behind you and soar!

I am convinced that if more women with endometriosis, a chronic disease, would take up the challenge, the world would be a nicer, more empathetic, happier, more environmentally aware, better place!

A book about the values and skills that your battle with illness has given you, why you are more than you were before, and how you can use your new skills in your vocation and in the process of self-fulfilment.

I believe that there is something in everyone that can make the world a better place, a better place, a better life for people. If you have an idea, but don't know how to make it happen, or if you just feel that being in an office from 8 to 5 or working in a multi-city office is not for you, but you don't know what else to do with yourself... this book is for you!

It's a fascinating, unputdownable manual, not just a theory but also a repository of practical exercises, guiding you step by step through the implementation process, tailored to you and based on your personal strengths.

The material, theory and practical exercises in the book are grouped around the following topics:

  •  The entrepreneurial personality, the psychology of successful entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial skills and knowledge.
  • Business with and after endometriosis
  • Time management and efficiency gains.
  • How the entrepreneurial brain works. Practical, hands-on tips, methods, advice and exercises designed for real life
  • Idea fair, idea evaluation. Marketability, competitiveness, viability assessment. Market research. Goal setting, situation analysis, risk analysis, to soar, not to knock
  • Business basics, business forms and opportunities, first steps. Business finances, basic tax knowledge.
  • Business plan and running a business. Strategy.Developing a business plan step-by-step
  • Personal brand and appearance
  • Using social media, online marketing on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok) - how to enjoy, be yourself, don't burn out
  • Writing books, blogs, creating and promoting information products. Newsletter systems and campaigns. What to do if your calculations don't work.
  •  Preparing for media coverage. Ideas and methods from successful entrepreneurs, personalised for you.

By reading the book and doing the exercises, you will have all the theoretical and practical knowledge you need to achieve yourself, your dream job and your calling.

Your work will not stress you out and make you sick, but will recharge you and give you a sense of achievement, a real source of joy for you and for all those who enjoy the fruits of your labour.
