Booking an appointment

Please read carefully:

You will receive a confirmation email of your booking. This will be sent automatically and be sure to check your spam if you can't find it.

You need to book your appointment at least one day before the date you want.

Please pay the price of your reservation as soon as possible using the details in the email. I will be able to finalise your appointment once the payment has been received.

If you can't make it, 48 hours before the consultation you can cancel your reservation without any obligation to pay. If you do this later or do not cancel and do not show up at the booked time, you must pay the consultation fee. You will find the transfer details in the confirmation email.

If you cannot cancel your appointment, it means that you are within the 48-hour deadline, so you can no longer change your appointment, you have to pay. You will find the payment details in the confirmation email.
