The specific areas of life are dealt with in separate thematic blocks in the training. I have designed the themes of this training to help you move forward in all areas of your life, whether it is self-awareness, work, career, finances, relationships and friendships, health and appearance, or self-actualisation. Probably you've tried several times.

You've read six hundred books, articles, websites, despaired more than once at conflicting information, and come to the point where you'd rather skip meals because you don't know what you're allowed to eat or what you're doing to yourself...

Sometimes you've come across recipes so complicated that you've never heard the names of half the ingredients, and you have no idea where to get them...

Sometimes in the evening, when you were dead tired, you didn't feel like doing anything, but certainly not cooking or doing sports, and you felt guilty that it wasn't true that you couldn't even do that, that you couldn't do that for yourself...

Don't blame yourself!

It's not your fault that it hasn't worked so far! 

You've probably noticed that most experts and advisors are blinded by a belief in a method, a diet, and want to impose it on you, even if it doesn't suit you at all. It is often the case that those who have a hammer are looking for nails everywhere out of sheer goodwill and a desire to help, even though not everything that sticks out is a nail...

There are a few simple principles that are proven, but beyond these you have infinite freedom to shape the rules in your own image! There is no one sacred dietary principle that you have to follow, because we are not all the same, some are gluten sensitive, some are not, some like fish, some are disgusted by it, some like to cook, some don't want to mess with it, some people like to go to the market at the weekends, some people like to go to the grocery store every day on the way home and get their food there, some people live alone, some people like to cook for a whole family, some people like to lose weight, others like to get lean, and I could go on!

 

You won't find a diet that works for everyone.

 

And here's the secret, that's why you haven't been able to adjust your diet and stick to your diet, your lifestyle:

You'll learn about goal setting, food pairing, managing your cooking time effectively, planning, the first signs to look out for, how to know you're on the right track. No more disappointment, no more guilt, no more angrily throwing recipe books against the wall, just a calm, harmonious, predictable, sensible and lovable way of life and the satisfaction, the pride, the results!

 

In the programme, we'll go into detail about each day of my week, including my meals, exercise, relaxation and recharge and body care techniques, sneak in some family time, and provide reading and learning for each day to help you get started and find your own path.

The programme includes my weekly diet and exercise programme, broken down by day, so it's very easy to get motivation and inspiration from it, but please note that this is a sample diet, showing you how I eat, it's not tailored to you. Please bear this in mind if you have any allergies or other medical conditions, and if you are just starting a lifestyle change, please consult your GP first to see what kind of exercise he or she recommends for you, depending on your condition.
