Natural skin care in summer

At Endoblog we don't focus solely on disease, but on fun, positivity and achieving and maintaining health.

That's why we are read by so many people who are committed to living a healthy and environmentally conscious life.

This time, I've also prepared a post that will be of interest to all women who love naturalness, namely about summer face care. What can we use to moisturise our skin in the heat ahead if we want to avoid synthetic ingredients? Check out the fridge for ingredients!

Watermelon moisturiser
Ingredients: 1 slice of watermelon

Do it like this: Remove the seeds, squeeze the flesh of the fruit with a fork and apply the pulp to your face, which has been thoroughly cleansed beforehand. Leave on for 10-15 minutes, then gently wash off with lukewarm water.

What it does? Its high content of vitamins A, B6-C ensures skin freshness, helps to keep the skin smooth and supple, reduces fine wrinkles. Its acids have a mild exfoliating effect. Pore tightening, the complexion does not become oily and shiny after use.

Carrot face mask
Ingredients: 2 carrots, 4 tbsp organic honey

Do it like this: Steam the beetroot until soft, mash it, mix with honey and apply to your pre-cleansed face. Leave on for ten minutes before rinsing off!

What is it good for?  For dry, dehydrated skin, it is a great moisturizer and helps the regeneration process. Vitamin A, and its precursor beta-carotene, is one of the most effective skin-protective vitamins. It promotes even tanning of the skin and reduces the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays of sunlight.
