My son Beni and I are huge ice cream fans, we both love it!
Now I'll tell you how to make one of our favourites, it's really not complicated!
Ingredients:
- 50 dkg of fruit of your choice e.g. raspberry, strawberry, apple, banana, kiwi...
- Optional: 2 pinches of birch sugar
- 3 dl purified water
Wash the fruits, chop them, sprinkle with birch sugar, pour the water over them, and blend with a hand blender.
Pour into an ice cream mould, or if you don't have one at home, a plastic container will do. Put it in the freezer and it will be ready to eat in about 3 hours.
The decoration is Beni's resin, usually served with mint leaves.
Ideal snack, a healthy cooler for the hotter days!
