Hazelnut tales with ginger and dried apricot jam
Ingredients for the lamb chops:
- 2 cups of ground hazelnuts,
- 1 cup coconut flakes,
- 1 tbsp coconut oil,
- 1 pk. stevia
- 2-3 tablespoons dried apricot jam
- a few grains of dates
Knead the ingredients together until you get a kneadable mass with the consistency of marzipan.Form small dumplings, put dried apricot jam in the middle. Bake the dumplings in a 42°C oven for 1-2 hours.
Ingredients for the dried apricot jam with ginger:
- 10 dkg dried apricots soaked for a few hours ,
- 1 tsp. ginger,
- 1 tsp cinnamon,
- a few grains of soaked dates
