Quick, easy, delicious and healthy - as you've come to expect from Endoblog in recent years. Welcome to our latest recipe, recommended for breakfast.
Sweet millet balls bowl
Ingredients:
2 large cups of natural, organic millet balls
2 tbsp cinnamon or organic cocoa powder
2 ripe bananas
honey to taste, or agave syrup
rice milk or oat milk
dried cranberries
fresh mint leaves
This is how I do it:
Preparation of cinnamon-banana-blueberry millet balls
Spoon the millet balls into a large, deep cereal bowl, then slice the banana into very thin rings and sprinkle with cinnamon or organic cocoa powder. Then pour over your choice of seed milk, which usually already have a slightly sweet taste themselves. If you still want to sweeten it a little, you can drizzle on organic honey or a little agave. Throw on a few grains of dried natural cranberries and garnish with mint leaves at the very end!
