I've made a delicious cream soup recipe for today.
Cauliflower cream soup vegan
Ingredients:
- 80 dkg cauliflower,
- 2 dl coconut milk,
- 1 clove garlic,
- half a litre of water,
- a pinch of Himalayan salt
Preparation:
Pick the cauliflower into roses and put them in a pot. Add the garlic, add the water.
Cook under the lid until tender, then remove from the heat, add the coconut milk and blend. Serve garnished with carrot strips or pistachios.
