Our preference for sweetness is an innate gift. It's an evolutionary inheritance, since our first food, breast milk, was sweet, and later, when our ancestors foraged berries, they discovered that it's generally true that sweet-tasting berries are edible, but bitter-tasting berries are poisonous. For most of us, when we think back to our childhood, we see a mother or grandmother with a big plate of fragrant pancakes... For me, even the memory of summers at Lake Balaton is immediately conjured up by the "pancake-inger".
Strawberry cream pancakes
Ingredients:
2 large bananas, 5 dkg flaxseed meal, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon coconut oil, 25 dkg strawberries, a little organic honey
Preparation:
Mash the banana, add the cinnamon, ground flaxseed, honey and blend until smooth. Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan, then form small pancakes 6-7 cm (half an inch) high in the pan. Cook over a medium heat until golden on both sides.
To make the strawberry cream, wash the strawberries thoroughly, add a little honey if you like, and puree with a hand blender.
Decorate the pancakes with strawberry cream and strawberry pieces!
Enjoy your meal!
Cheers!
