Movement in endometriosis too

Hello!

Many of my patients' lives are complicated by sport, they don't know what helps and what harms. Many do not dare to strain their pelvis and abdominal muscles at all, lest they suffer pain or bleeding, many fall for the myths about running and jogging and prefer not to stick to running shoes. But it is possible to exercise safely with endometriosis, and you should!

Endometriosis is enough to make a woman feel bad about herself anyway, so there's no need to add to it. Yes, even after abdominal surgery, laparoscopy, childbirth/cesarean section, a woman with endometriosis can be pretty, fit and, well, fit.

In the case of endometriosis, exercise is very important, as it is one of the pillars of recovery. It also helps to avoid and treat the symptoms often associated with endometriosis - insulin resistance, thyroid dysfunction, PCOS. Last but not least, it energizes you, motivates you, makes you feel happy and satisfied, boosts your self-confidence and last but not least, makes you look fit and pretty.

Who says that surgeries, laparoscopy, bloating, endometriosis and other inconveniences have to take away your faith that you are beautiful? Love, support, respect your body, give it everything you can to help it do its job. Nourish and care for it with love, just as it works for you every day.
