Endometriosis club with Nóra Árvai - we are moving up a level

There is a time when you no longer want more information.

Not another video. Not another article. No, not even to a "have you tried this?" type of advice.

I'm waiting for someone to finally help me put it all together.

Because endometriosis is not only physically exhausting, but also mentally. Constant decisions, constant reflection, constant trying. What to eat. What not to eat. Who to listen to. Which doctor to believe. Surgery or not. Hormone or not. Exercise or rest. Keep fighting hard or let it all go for one night?

And yet somehow you always have to be strong.

A SisterHood was actually born out of this realisation years ago. I didn't want to create another rigid information interface. I didn't want another place where they pour data at you and leave you with it.

I wanted a space where there was finally a system. There is a handhold. Things make sense.

In recent years, this has built up a vast store of knowledge. Hundreds of research projects. International medical perspectives. Nutrition. Trauma. Mental health. Pain management. Preparing for surgery. Regeneration. Stress management. Futurology. The future of endometriosis treatment, something that is barely visible today but is already approaching the healthcare horizon.

The bigger the SisterHood, the more strongly I felt something: that knowledge alone, however faithful, personalised and systematised, is not enough, even after a while.

Because you know what you should be doing when you fall apart on a bad day. It's no use having hundreds of screenshots of your research saved if you don't have the energy to read through them. It's no use deciding over and over again that you'll look after yourself now if you don't have a system around you to keep you going when you're tired.

And that's why I decided to take SisterHood to the next level.

Not simply expanding, but transforming.

From now on, you won't just learn here. You're going to connect. Plan. Redesign. Find your way back to yourself. There will be monthly live events, shared monthly planning, Journal Clubs where I'll tell you about the most important new research in plain English, mental check-ins, workshops, meditations, real community and a brand new, closed Facebook group just for SisterHood members. I'll be a much more active presence in your life , you won't be on your own with a systematic curriculum, but will be there with you every month for workshops, lectures, Q&As, book and journal club.

And you know what the weirdest thing is?

That more and more people stay even when they are better, when they are symptom-free. When their baby is born. Because they realise it's not just about endometriosis anymore.

It's about how to rebuild a life around you without getting lost in it.

And this Sunday the first live starts.

The first time in the new space. The first joint briefing. The first moment when you're finally not trying to put it all together on your own.

If you want to be there with us, you can join now.

And anyone who joins now will be stuck with the current price forever, even as the club and its value continues to grow.

I have waited a long time for this point. And something tells me that you might be too.For a short time, the fully revamped , renewed EndoStop Sisterhood kapui.

You can join HERE.

I look forward to seeing you inside!
