Guest expert on Endoblog: natural treatment for metabolic problems

Mrs. Gizella Martincsevics Jenei Martincsevics, the expert of Gastrolaj, is a returning guest, this time she wrote about the natural treatment of metabolic problems, welcome!

From metabolic problems make life difficult for many of us. If you've suffered from it, you understand perfectly well what I'm talking about, but if you haven't experienced the inconvenience, you should still read my letter, because if you pay attention to the following, you won't have to suffer later.

How to avoid a slow metabolism?

1. Get plenty of sleep!

Research has shown that getting little rest (e.g. 5 or fewer hours of sleep a day) has a detrimental effect on metabolism. So make sure you get a good night's rest. Research also shows that people who sleep a lot at night store fat because their body's ability to use nutrients is compromised.

Among cold-pressed vegetable oils, I recommend poppy seed oil for insomnia. It helps you relax. It is recommended to take 1 tablespoon a day before going to bed.

2. Eat breakfast every day!

You've probably heard the saying to eat breakfast like a king. According to experts, the worst thing you can do to speed up your metabolism is to skip your morning meal. It's important to allow up to 1 hour after waking up before your first meal.

Of course, what you eat for breakfast is also very important. Among the cold-pressed vegetable oils you can find several that can help you with a slow metabolism because of their high unsaturated fatty acid content.

Examples include nut oil, a pumpkin seed oil, which can be excellent in sandwich spreads, cottage cheese or even muesli.

Don't forget to drink enough fluids, which help to cleanse the body of waste products. Only clean tap water counts (at least 1.5-2 litres per day).

3. Avoid stress!

Experts say that people who get stressed out more often reach for the snacks. On top of that, they don't sleep well because of all the stress. The combination of not sleeping and being too stressed can affect the thyroid gland, which produces hormones that affect metabolism, among other things. If your body doesn't have the right levels of these hormones, your metabolism slows down, which can lead to fatigue, depression or weight gain.

The best cold-pressed oil for the maintenance of the nervous system is nut oil and the peach seed oil.

4. Move every day!

Research shows that sedentary work and lack of exercise slows down the metabolism. If you're doomed to sedentary work, sneak in a few minutes of exercise during the day. For example, you can stand up and move your legs a bit while you're on the phone, right? 😉

If you're lucky enough to get to a gym or make time for regular exercise at home, make sure you don't get bored with a monotonous workout. It's important to change up your exercises in the meantime and to include weight training.

5. Avoid fatty foods!

Avoid fatty foods as much as possible. It's also a good idea to avoid fast food restaurants. This is because fatty foods stimulate a gene that causes the body to store excess fat.

If you follow just one or two of the above suggestions, you've already done a lot for your metabolism. But I don't think there's one of these that's hard for you to do, is there?

Have a nice week with love!
