Endoblog 2015 - What happened to us in 2015

Hello!

I showed you in my previous post, how to reflect on the year behind you and prepare for the next. Now I'll also let you know how we at Endoblog have assessed 2015. It was quite a year...

January saw the launch of the second year of the Heal Yourself Academy 2015. From an initially intrepid group, it has grown into a true alliance of outspoken, cheerful women. I am proud of them and their successes!

February our Youtube channel has been launched, are you following us?

In March, the Dr Bertalan Meskó, medical futurologist, gave an interview to Endoblog, was also asked about future diagnostic methods for endometriosis. And this month I seem to have been in my element, as two of our most popular articles of the year were published, Endometriosis diets - which one really works. and the kshamelessly revealing self-confession of an addicted psychologist on mindfulness.  We celebrated World Endometriosis Day in the surgery with just a hug, yellow post-it notes covering the walls of the surgery, from you, to you.

April is famous for nothing other than the release of the recipe for my favourite dish on the blog, but secretly we've been up to something...

In May we announced that later this year we willStart training the Healing Women Yoga Therapists of the future!  This is when the Endoblog Unusual Mother's Day Message, which is the article I have received the most feedback on this year - our record.

In June, we spent a lot of time on taboo subjects such as sexuality in chronic female disease.

In July, thehe most watched Endovideo of the year isz orthorexia, or excessive healthy eating obsession. This month saw the release of our relaxation audio CDs, Healing Meditation Techniques and Stress Relaxations, as well as our Pregnancy and Maternity Relaxations CDs.  We have agreed with Medicina Publishers that the second, expanded, updated edition of my book Endometriosis, which has long been out of stock in bookshops, will be published soon.

In August, my favourite article was published, Why I became a psychologist, also a podium winner in terms of the number of responses received. We didn't rest in August, perhaps our busiest month, and we were looking forward to the start of September.

But before we dived into the big work, we had a celebration, as I celebrated a round anniversary this year...you all loved the son my birthday review on the blog.  The training of our Healing Women Yoga Therapists has finally started, and we ran the 30th Wizz Air Budapest Half Marathon under the Endoblog colours.

Published in Balanced and Successful holidayfor our Relaxation Soundtrack, thewhich proved to be the most sought after of all.

In November they passed the exam for Healing Women Yoga Therapists, I am very proud of the team! For the first time, we also brought together an Advanced Self-Awareness Group of women who had already completed some Endoblog training, and we deepened our learning even more, as well as new techniques for our halal girls.

And then December. One of my favorite, if not My Favorite Month. It's Christmas and the end of the year - it's the time of year when I'm brain dead. Yes, there's a Christmas tree in the office since mid-December, presents wrapped and lined up on top of the cupboard. We've found out what to put under the Christmas tree for the people who really matter to you.  We closed the 2015 edition of the Heal Yourself Academy, the I've also selected some of the girls' thoughts for a blog post. We have announced andRegistration for the 2016 intake has started, there are only a few places left, apply now if you want to have a successful, healthy and happy year this time next year!

And more:

I have 3 decisions in my life for which I will always be grateful to myself. The first was when I was pregnant and I told my doctor, who couldn't find a heartbeat and referred me to hospital because I wasn't going to have a baby, that yes, I was. This is my son, Beni.
The second is that I brought the tiger striped cub, even though the first thing he did was pee in my hand. This is my dog, Karma.
The third is that, as much as I was paralysed, I didn't give up the seemingly hopeless fight and just installed wordpressand I just wrote my first blog post. It's four years ago today, at this very moment. He became my blog, Endoblog. My job, my vocation, my passion. (I'm glad that nowadays the technikal background is done by a professional and I only have to write.)

Happy 4th birthday Endoblog!!!!
