All about endometriosis
Credible information about endometriosis, in a clear and simple way. Learn all about the symptoms, pathology, medical and alternative treatment techniques and the EndoBlog Four Pillars. As a specialist psychologist for 16 years, I've been helping you not to get lost in the maze of the internet, but to get authentic and up-to-date information so that you can take action for your health yourself.
Hello!
As a professional and a woman recovered from endometriosis, I created Endoblog.hu 16 years ago. Thanks to the many letters and requests for help I received after the publication of my first book, Medicine, I switched from being a multidisciplinary psychologist in banking to my true vocation, my great love, my Endoblog activities.
Professionally, I am a specialist in applied health psychology, an infertility expert, a perinatal consultant, a science communication specialist, and a lifestyle medicine physician. I am currently pursuing my PhD at the Laki Kálmán Doctoral School of the University of Debrecen, where I am conducting groundbreaking research in medical futures as the first in the world. With six academic degrees and extensive specialized training, I remain a firm advocate of lifelong learning, recognizing that true expertise is an ever-evolving pursuit. I approach my profession with deep commitment and intellectual rigor, striving to provide the highest standard of evidence-based support to those seeking guidance.
16 years and 29,000 hours of experience in psychological counselling, 6 degrees and all my heart's love and desire to help are here on this website. So far, 1194 EndoBlog babies have been born, I am as proud of them as I am of my patients whose goal was not to have a baby, but to create a happy, balanced, healthy life free of pain.
I provide you with reliable, evidence-based information, stand by your side when you need to make important decisions, and support you in improving your quality of life. I help you navigate the personal, professional, and relationship challenges that may arise from your condition, guiding you toward balance, resilience, and a positive vision for the future.
It's time to rediscover the joy of life and sweep away the dark clouds of illness and the threat of infertility hanging over you. Become—since we can’t always say "healed" in a politically correct sense—Symptom-Free for Life! 😊
My mission

My most important goal is to bring Hungarian women closer to loving acceptance of themselves and their bodies, to be aware, balanced, to take care of themselves, to be important to themselves.
I will do my best to ensure that no one has to wait years for a diagnosis of endometriosis, that no one has to go home disappointed, humiliated and in doubt because their complaints were not taken seriously.
I am working to ensure that no woman is lost in the sea of contradictory and confusing information available on the internet, in groups, but can see clearly what needs to be done, what the direction is.
I have dedicated my life to stopping women from suffering from the victim-blaming bullshit of "it's your fault, you're involved, you're too stubborn, you want it too much, you don't really want it..." often voiced by two-weekend coaches and soul-welders.
If you want to know my story, why I have learned so much, why this subject is so important to me, read it, get to know me better HERE!
